Midweight Photographer

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As an expert in fashion photography, you add value to our team by realizing concepts for different content projects under your own responsibility. You will be working closely with your direct lead, Stylists and Art Directors, as well as other photographers & videographers.

You are a natural go-getter, team-player and problem solver that enthusiastically share your experience with your colleagues in the photo/video team. Acting as a role-model for more junior team-members, and constantly communicating your suggestions on improving on current processes & techniques is an important part of the job.

- You bring extensive knowledge of fashion photography and video production, and have the portfolio to back it up. Your work inspires the team, and you act as a role-model for the more junior members of the team, both as a photographer and as a mentor.
- You are supporting and realizing high-standard quality and challenging elevated content and you collaborate with teams in realizing content according to the visual concepts including both photo & video materials.
- In your field you bring industry insights, innovative ideas and support your colleagues as well as team lead and manager in developing new concepts.
- You identify optimization potentials in the shooting process and support in the development of existing guidelines for state of the art photo productions, on location or in a studio environment for photo & video production.
- Your excellent time management enables you to work independently on your projects, in a high-paced high-performing environment. You quickly adapt and have flexibility to help the team leading by example on bigger projects or day-to-day production.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have successfully completed a degree in photography or have a comparable training and extensive experience in content and creative production, on location and in a studio environment, including photography & video.
- You have worked both editorially and commercially with a diverse portfolio to back up your experience, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a photographer.
- Experienced in collaborating within high-performing creative teams in a fast paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in providing and delivering creative content as well as a very good understanding of high standards of quality and high volume production workflow is a must (photo & video workflows preferred).
- High level of personal accountability and willingness to change the status quo and go the extra mile to achieve amazing results
- Fluent in English (working language of Zalando) additional languages is a bonus in a multilingual diverse team.
