**Who are we looking for?**:
To support our production at our location in Jena, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent **Shiftleader Technology (M/F/d)** to start as soon as possible.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Monitoring ongoing production in close cooperation with the production manager
- Optimizing quality, productivity and process reliability
- Allocation of production activities
- Planning shift staffing, vacation planning and overtime recording in accordance with operational requirements
- Compliance with all safety-related regulations
- Recording and rectifying faults and defects in the production facilities and premises
- Employee management and development
- Monitoring quality management
- Compliance with the auditable standard in accordance with our current ISO standards and customer specifications
- Documentation of all departmental complaints (external and internal)- Daily inventory of materials and consumables

**Who are You?**:

- Completed training as a microtechnologist or comparable training or corresponding professional experience
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned activities in an industrial company

**What competencies will you need?**:

- Experience in handling chemicals and the associated occupational safety regulations
- Advanced knowledge of chemistry
- Very good understanding of processes
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Reliability and diligence
