Die Sidroga Gesellschaft für Gesundheitsprodukte ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit Sitz in Bad Ems. Das Unternehmen vertreibt mit dem Schwerpunkt in der DACH-Region Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte im Bereich der Atemwegs
- und Phyto-Therapien und hochwertige Nahrungsergänzungsmittel für gesunden Schlaf, Entspannung und das Immunsystem. Drei Marken bilden den Kern: Emser, Sidroga und Aquilea. Jede von ihnen hat ihre eigenen Schwerpunkte und entfaltet in ihrer Individualität besondere Stärken. Eines haben jedoch alle Produkte gemeinsam: Sie stehen im Einklang mit der Natur und vereinen hochwertige Inhaltstoffe mit Erkenntnissen der Wissenschaft. Das Unternehmen hat ein aktuelles Umsatzvolumen von ca. 60 Millionen und beschäftigt heute mehr als 150 Mitarbeiter, darunter ein 40-köpfiges Außendienstteam in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz (Arzt und Apotheke) und verfügt über zwei Produktionszentren und Büros in Bad Ems (bei Frankfurt).
Für unser Team Operations am Standort Bad Ems suchen wir per sofort einen:
Demand Planner DACH (m/w/d)
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:
- Leitung der Implementierung der Rolle und des Prozesses "Demand Planning" in der DACH-Region
- Überprüfung historischer Verkaufstrends, Erforschung von Nachfragetreibern, Vorbereitung von Prognosedaten, Entwicklung statistischer Prognosemodelle und Auswertung der Prognoseergebnissen
- Leitung der Reichweitenplanungs
- und Abstimmungsmeetings innerhalb der DACH-Region, Teilnahme an S&OP Meetings
- Erstellen und Verfolgen von bestandsrelevanten KPIs
- Enger Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen (Vertrieb und Marketing) zur Einbeziehung derer Einschätzungen zur Markt
- und Produktentwicklung sowie Kundenfeedback
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten der Bereiche Demand & Supply Planning
- Entwicklung von Analysen und Reports zur Verbesserung von Prozessen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, gerne aus der FMCG-Branche oder der pharmazeutisch-chemischen bzw. kosmetischen Industrie mit einem unternehmenseigenen S&OP-Prozess
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Spanischkenntnisse von großem Vorteil, Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie Kenntnisse in SAP
