Leitung von Transformationsprojekten entlang der Wertschöpfungskette (R&D, Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik und SCM) - Homeoffice Option

**Ihre** zukünftigen** Aufgaben**:

- Sie begleiten Unternehmenskäufe im Rahmen der Operations Due Diligence und definieren Transformations
- und Restrukturierungspläne nach der Übernahme
- Mit Ihren Projekt-Teams entwickeln Sie nachhaltige und effiziente Lösungen zur Optimierung von Produktentwicklungsprozessen sowie von Produktions
- und Lieferketten
- Sie treiben die Digitalisierung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette voran (Big Data Analytics, Smart Factory, IoT, Predictive Maintenance)
- Sie identifizieren Einspar
- und Verbesserungspotenziale (Design to Cost, Working Capital Reduction, Anlagenauslastung) und setzen diese nachhaltig um
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem TOP Management zusammen und sind direkt eingebunden in die langfristige Strategieplanung sowie deren Umsetzung
- Sie haben Spaß an wöchentlicher Reisetätigkeit zu den jeweiligen Unternehmensstandorten in Deutschland/ Westeuropa (ca. drei Tage pro Woche)

**Das zeichnet Sie aus**:

- Ein hervorragender Universitätsabschluss, gerne ergänzt durch eine abgeschlossene Promotion oder einen MBA
- Erfahrung als Projektleiter bei einer Unternehmensberatung oder in einer Inhouse Beratung mit dem Schwerpunkt Operational Excellence, SCM oder R&D
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionssysteme, R&D, Industrial Engineering, Einkauf, Logistik und/oder SCM
- Unternehmerische Denk
- und Handlungsweise, Entscheidungsfreude sowie ein Gespür für Innovationen.
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem teambasierten Umfeld und Führungskompetenz
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend, gerne ergänzt durch weitere Sprachen
