Aufgaben
- Member of Global Procurement Team
- Disciplinary Lead and development of Sourcing Managers and/or Sourcing Specialists within assigned category cluster(s)
- Responsible for developing category strategy with Category Manager for assigned categories and accountable for aligning category strategy and initiatives with functional leaders on country level (e.g. Country COO, CIO)
- Drives the Salix and Pre-Sourcing Process in close collaboration and alignment with local functional leaders and within Global Procurement
- Drives cooperation and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Functional Departments) for assigned category cluster and Procurement Operations
Qualifikation
- Extensive procurement experience esp. in assigned category cluster(s)
- Strong communication skills
- Expert negotiator
- Thinks and acts globally and economically, beyond the boundaries of their own country to represent the interests of the Group
