**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Sie berichten an die Einkaufsleitung für direktes Material bei DN
- Sie leiten das Cluster Electronic Systems (PC Assembly, PCBA, Motherboards, Chipsets, Memory etc.)
- Sie führen ein globales Team aus erfahrenen Einkäufern und unterstützen diese bei der Festlegung der jeweiligen Sourcing Strategy im Cluster sowie deren effiziente Umsetzung
- Ihnen obliegt darüberhinaus die Verantwortung zur Bewertung von Risiken und Abhängigkeiten im Cluster sowie in den einzelnen Categories
- Sie verantworten mit Ihrem Team aktiv die Lieferantenbeziehungen, das Vertragsmanagement sowie das Einkaufsvolumen des Clusters
- Mit Ihrem einschlägigen Know-how handeln Sie eigenverantwortlich Konditionen, Einkaufsbedingungen und Abnahmekriterien für die verantworteten Produktbereiche aus, führen Benchmarks in einem definierten Einkaufsumfeld durch und bewerten Lieferanten hinsichtlich Liefer
- und Leistungsqualität.
- Sie verantworten in Abstimmung mit crossfunktionalen Teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Product Line) globale Beschaffungsmethoden mit dem Ziel balancierte Sourcing Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Sie liefern proaktiv Input zu Strategie-, Prozess
- und Systemänderungen, um die Effizienz und Effektivität zu verbessern und Kosten zu senken
- Sie sorgen dafür, dass die vereinbarten Einkaufsbedingungen und Lieferanteninformationen ordnungsgemäß aktuell im ERP-System gepflegt sind und DN Compliance Richtlinien eingehalten werden

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**:

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (kaufmännisch, technisch) mit einschlägiger Berufspraxis oder eine gleichwertige Kombination aus Ausbildung und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf und Supply Chain
- Sie überzeugen uns durch eine stark ausgeprägte analytische, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeits
- und „out-of-the-box“-Denkweise, gepaart mit Kreativität bei der Mitgestaltung interner einkaufsrelevanter Prozesse.
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Führen und Fördern von globalen und crossfunktionalen Teams
- Sie sind ferner sicher im Umgang mit den relevanten MS-Office-Produkten v.a. Word, Excel, Power Point und beherrschen die deutsche & englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift.

**Main responsibilities**:

- You are directly reporting into the global DN responsible senior director for direct procurement at DN
- You will lead Cluster Electronic Systems (PC Assembly, PCBA, Motherboards, Chipsets, Memory etc.)
- You will lead a global team of experienced category managers and support them in defining the respective sourcing strategy in the cluster as well as its efficient implementation
- You will also be responsible for assessing risks and dependencies in the cluster as well as in the individual categories
- Together with your team, you are actively responsible for supplier relations, contract management as well total spend volume of the cluster
- With your commercial know-how, you will negotiate all contractual aspects, terms and conditions for respective products in your cluster, carry out benchmarks in a defined purchasing environment and evaluate suppliers regarding delivery and performance quality
- You are responsible for global sourcing methods in alignment with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Product Line) with the target to make balanced sourcing decisions
- You proactively provide input on strategy, process, and system changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reduce costs
- You will ensure that agreed purchasing terms and conditions as well as all relevant formation are properly maintained up-to-date in the ERP system and DN compliance guidelines are followed

**Required Qualifications**:

- You have a degree (commercial, technical) with relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the areas of purchasing and supply chain
- You convince us with a strongly developed analytical, independent, and self-reliant way of working and "out-of-the-box" thinking, coupled with creativity in helping to shape internal purchasing-relevant processes
- You have experience in leading and supporting global and cross-functional teams
- Furthermore, you are confident in using the relevant MS Office products especially Word, Excel, Power Point and have a fluent command of the German & English language, both written and spoken
