**Diese Aufgaben werden dich erwarten**:
- Aktiver Vertrieb von Messeständen und Sponsoring-Paketen für das Event "THIS IS MARKETING"
- Identifizierung und Ansprache potenzieller Aussteller und Partner für die Veranstaltung
- Aufbau und Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu nationalen und internationalen digitalen Marketern
- Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich Messebeteiligungen und Sponsoring-Möglichkeiten
- Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team, um die Sichtbarkeit der Veranstaltung zu steigern
- Du hast deine wichtigsten KPIs im Blick und den Ehrgeiz dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln und deine Skills zu optimieren
**Dieses Profil bringst du idealerweise mit**:
- Du bist Vertriebler aus Leidenschaft und hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Bereich Messe-Vertrieb und/oder Event-Sponsoring
- Du konntest bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb sammeln und weißt, Kunden für dich zu gewinnen
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Überzeugungskraft. Du bist ein Profi, wenn es um Einwandbehandlung geht. Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke zeichnen dich aus
- Proaktive und selbstmotivierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich. Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig, organisiert und kannst auch in schwierigen Situation mit Witz und Charme überzeugen
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und effektiv zu pflegen
- Du legst viel Wert auf ein gesundes und außergewöhnlich gutes Arbeitsklima, eine gemeinsame und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
