AMETEK CTS (Compliance Test Solutions) is a global leader in the electronic testing field for more than 30 years. Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician (M/F/d) include:
- Carrying out calibrations, maintenance and repairs on EMC test simulators and test systems at the customer's on-site in Germany and abroad, as well as in the laboratory in Kamen
- Customer support in solving technical problems (by telephone and on site at the customer)
- Cooperation with external and internal functions like customers, pre-sales, service organization, sales organization, and customer care
Position Requirements:
Must criteria:
- Education in electronics / electrical Engineering or similar study, (knowledge of EMC is an advantage)
- 60% willingness to travel for regular customer care on site
Nice to have:
- First experience in customer service
- First experience in working with measuring instruments
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in electronics
- Communicative, outgoing, and customer-oriented
- Flexibility and team orientation
