Unterstützung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern im Kundenmanagement (Segment Aromen), sowohl extern (mit Kunden) als auch intern, durch Steuern der Projektverwaltung, Umsetzung spezifischer Kundenaktivitäten und Routineanfragen von Kunden.

Aufgaben

Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen / Briefings in Abstimmung mit dem Account Manager auf Deutsch und Englisch

Eingabe und Planung von Projekten in unserem Projektmanagementsystem unter Einbeziehung verschiedener Fachabteilungen wie z.B. Marketing, Regulatory, Pricing, das Labor oder auch unsere Flavoristen

Verfolgung von Kundenprojekten und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen;
Bestellung von Mustern und Marktprodukten für Projekte und Markttests, einschließlich der Verfolgung der Musterproduktion.

Klärung rechtlicher Fragen in Koordination mit unseren verschiedenen Legal teams.

Umsatzdaten Aufbereitung von Umsatzdaten und Preisübersichten

Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung

Deutsch fließend und Englisch sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sichere Anwendung der MS Office Programme und mit IT-Systemen

Verantwortliches, selbstständiges, strukturiertes und teamorientiertes Arbeiten sowie eine hohe Service
- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
