**International Graduate Program - Lean Management Inhouse Consulting (M/F/d)**:
at our location in **Rehau**, **Erlangen **or** mobile office (Germany)** | to be filled at September 2023 | fulltime | permanent position

**WHAT YOU GET**:

- Be part of a fast-paced learning environment within our in-house consulting group focusing on the development and implementation of the REHAU Performance System.
- You will gain a wide range of experiences in on-site process analysis, operational projects and the development of hands-on methods and tools that drive the future of REHAUs processes.
- Your individual 18-months trainee program in our global Operational Excellence organization sets your path for a career as Operational Excellence Manager at REHAU.
- This program includes 6 months abroad (various global possibilities).
- You will improve your personal skills through the challenging and exciting trainings during the program.

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
- First working experience in Lean Management and process improvement (min. 4 months relevant internships)
- Critical thinking and professional curiosity for the big picture
- Teamplayer skills and a collaborative working style
- Very good English skills and min. 4 months of international work experience (either studies or internships or equivalent)
- Interest and willingness for international business travelling
