**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:
The Project Purchaser is commercially responsible, on any contract assigned to them, for all pre-contract commercial issues relating to a NSSS Auxiliary Equipment in Edvance as a partner of EDF on the SZC Project (UK England).

tasks:

- negotiation of prices, contracts, payment terms of complex contracts in alignment with the project requirements
- preparation of cost estimations and presentation for projects
- financial and technical analysis of supplier offers together with the responsible project stakeholders
- commercial management of contracts during the procurement phase.
- responsible for the delivery of the contract in accordance with SZC governance requirements
- preparation and moderation of Project Board Meetings
- professional development of self and people within the team
- managing of interfaces with internal/external stakeholders
- Communication in an international environment

**Anforderungen**:
requirements:

- Master in Business Administration / Purchasing or Engineering degree with substantial experience in business administration / similar
- Effective commercial / contract management skills are essential
- Good commercial skills and ability to make decisions on matters of financial value
- Sophisticated negotiating and analytical skills
- Strong communication and team skills
- Knowledge of Forms of Contracts (e. g. FIDIC) would be desirable
- Knowledge of UK Law and its impact upon the contract and commercial function would be desirable
