**Über uns**

International Rescue Committee (IRC) ist eine internationale Hilfsorganisation, die 1933 auf Anregung von Albert Einstein gegründet wurde. Seitdem unterstützt IRC Menschen, die von politischen Krisen, Krieg, Verfolgung oder Naturkatastrophen betroffen sind. Im Jahr 2016 wurde IRC Deutschland gegründet und engagiert sich bundesweit in den Bereichen Bildung, Beruf & Orientierung sowie Schutz, Rechtsberatung und Teilhabe.

Die Stelle ist zentraler Bestandteil des Mass Markets-Teams und Anlaufstelle sowohl für interne Teams wie zum Beispiel den Spendenservice als auch für unsere externen Agenturpartner für Face-to-Face-Fundraising-Programms sowie des Telemarketings.

**Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich**
- ** **Sie sind ein*e wichtiger Ansprechpartner*in für interne und externe Partner*innen im Rahmen des Face-to-Face-Fundraising
- und des Telemarketings
- Sie koordnieren die verschiedenen Dienstleister, um Überschneidungen zu vermeiden.
- Sie kommunizieren regelmäßig mit unseren Agenturen über Themen wie Rückmeldungen von Spender*innen oder der Öffentlichkeit. In enger Zusammenarbeit werden so die Kampagnen anhand gängiger KPIs stetig verbessert werden und weiterentwickelt.
- Material
- und Standortmanagement sind ebenfalls wesentlicher Bestandteil der Stelle. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Dienstleistern soll den reibungslosen Ablauf der Kampagnen garantieren.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung von Aktivitäten und Schulungen zur Einbindung von Fundraiser*innen. Bei Bedarf führen Sie auch Mystery Shopping durch.
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Teams und des Spendenservice, wenn dies notwendig ist.

**Ihr Profil**
- Relevante Berufserfahrung (kein Abschluss)
- Sie verfügen über Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-C2 Niveau nach Gemeinsamen Europäischem Referenzrahmen
- Sie kommunzieren gerne, sind ein Teamplayer und ein Organisationstalent.
- Sie arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig, ebenso bringen Sie ein schnelles Auffassungsvermögen sowie eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit.
- Sie arbeiten proaktiv und hinterfragen Prozesse, um bestmögliche Lösungen für die gegebenen Aufgabenstellungen zu finden
