**Join the limango IT**:

- In limango IT you get the chance to contribute your own ideas and know-how to maintain and develop our highly frequented, self-built online shop for our markets in Germany, Austria, Poland and the Netherlands
- Together with our experienced and international development teams you will improve and expand our PHP-based backend services for specific areas like Operations (payment, logistics and customer service tools), Customer Relationship and Communications (CRM), Content and Product Management Systems or Marketplace
- You will work in a modern tech stack world: cloud-based & virtualized infrastructure, service-oriented architecture & event-based communication and Golang & PHP backend service
- You will become a part of our well-rehearsed agile teams of versatile and experienced Web Developers, dedicated Product Owners and Scrum Master

**You will**:

- Manage and maintain existing Limango IT systems
- Administer and maintain client management system and endpoints patching
- Take care of Office365 and Active Directory management along with endpoints management
- Conduct Windows Server configuration, administration and maintenance
- Follow and implement industry-leading ITSM and security practices
- Cooperate closely with other specialists within our Helpdesk, Sysadmin and Information Security groups combining teams from Germany and Poland

**You bring to the role**:

- Deep understanding and several years of professional experience in configuring and maintaining client management systems in a corporate environment - experience in supporting software deployment and client patching is a must
- Deep understanding and several years of professional experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows operating systems in a corporate environment - experience in supporting software deployment is a must
- Good German and English communication skills are required
- Ability to communicate efficiently with non-technical colleagues and translate IT-related issues in an easily understandable manner
- Active approach to resolving issues and improving the quality of overall IT service
- Ideally you have experience using Baramundi (for Windows-based endpoints management)
- Jamf (for MacOS-based endpoints management) knowledge and experience is a plus
