**Vice President (m|f|d) HDC Focus Sales**

Functional lead of the Hydro-Dynamic-Couplings (HDC) Focus Sales Team. Develop the HDC business and the Focus sales team equally.

**Your tasks**
- Lead and coordinate the worldwide HDC focus sales team with focus on OEM business and strategic accounts.
- Implement the sales strategy, ensure customer satisfaction and achieve defined sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities for existing and new products within the HDC portfolio (in close cooperation with the 8 Sales-Regions) and provide valuable input to our HDC product-management team.
- Support the worldwide HDC focus sales team in the areas of technical guidance, proper selection of sales approaches, and operational interaction with our plants and support functions.
- Be responsible for the planning accuracy and reliability for the customers assigned to your team - dynamic maintenance of the relevant projects in SalesForce is essential for this purpose.
- Establish strategic partnerships within industrial drive technology.
- Lead and/or support in VT2030+ HDC growth initiatives.
- Support regional marketing activities for products and services (e.g. through trade fairs).
- Take care for a list of specific HDC customers aligned with line manager (M/F/d).

**Your profile**
- Successfully completed university degree (preferably in industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of sales is required, ideally with management experience.
- Fluent English is a prerequisite.
- You are a strategic sales personality (M/F/d) with negotiation skills and problem-solving competence. Your high communication skills, good networking skills as well as your high level of commitment distinguish you.
- Willingness to travel internationally (50%).
