**Job Description**:
Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients & physicians and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

The healthcare sector is undergoing a digital shift challenging the status quo. Data & analytics are becoming a key enabler of business decisions. Our Company is expanding its analytics capabilities to address this transformation. For our team in Munich we are looking for an additional **_Senior Data Scientist - Customer Analytics (M/F/d)_** who will bring his/her mindset, skillset and love for data in helping the business to better understand our customers and their needs. This position is initially offered as fix term contract for 2 years.

You will be part of the growing and open-minded Data Science team with fresh experience from other industries. Drive the data & analytics knowledge with your advanced analytics expertise and influence business decisions by extracting insights from data

**Responsibilities**:

- Create data products built on predictive analytics
- Develop promotion response models & optimize marketing and sales investments
- Identify optimal customer engagement sequence and next best action
- Define data-driven customer profiling
- Pro-actively mine data to identify business questions that haven’t been asked yet
- Lead projects with internal and global teams as well as external consultants
- Convey complex analytics concepts in business language to colleagues and senior executives
- Stay up-to-date on data science thought leadership and think outside the box on this constantly evolving field

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a quantitative science field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or another related field)
- Proven work experience with statistics and machine learning techniques and algorithms such as k-NN, Naïve Bayes, SVM, Decision Trees, and Random Forests
- Proficiency with Python and the corresponding advanced analytics & plot libraries
- Knowledge of modeling pipelines & tools such as Kedro
- Know-how of SQL & AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Spotfire, or Tableau
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Good written and oral business German and English skills required
- Effective listening skills to translate a business problem into an analytical solution
