We are looking for an Coordinator (M/F/d) Transport Planning & Distribution for our branch in Frankfurt (Oder) with immediate effect.

This will get you going:
Processing and scheduling of direct transports
Processing of transport orders in IT systems, reporting and controlling
Customer acquisition and support
Expansion of existing customers
Processing and calculation of tenders
Negotiations with carriers and customers
Calculation and preparation of offers

That's what we are going for:
Business economist/training as a forwarding agent (M/F/d) or equivalent
Experience in customer acquisition and customer care
Negotiating skills regarding carriers and customers
Experience of implementing internal processes and procedures
Ideally experience in managing a small team/profit centre
Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel
Time flexibility, ability to work in a team, sense

of responsibility
High customer and service orientation
Competent language skills in German, English and Polish
