**As an Induction Trainer, you will play an important part in crafting and presenting training experiences for new hires to give them the best start possible**

**Core Responsibilities**- Facilitate and produce in person New Hire Induction Training.- Content review & updates - highlight and make updates that would improve our induction training materials as you facilitate the induction program.- Content creation - working closely with our stakeholders and other members of the CSE Academy, you’ll be using excellent instructional design techniques to create new engaging Induction training materials.- Collaboration with Stakeholders - from Team Leaders to Resource Planning Team and PO&D, you'll need great communication skills to work as #oneteam to support the induction.- Collaborate and support your Induction Teammates at a global level - regularly share best practice, feedback, and insights on a global scale to maintain a continuous improvement and supportive culture- Fostering LEGO values and role-modelling D&I and Leadership Playground behaviours.- Evaluating Advisor Performance - offering in the moment coaching and constructive feedback.- Supporting and guiding new hires as they take their initial contacts to provide a world class level of service.- Supporting the training specialist as required.

To make that happen the Induction Trainer role will create and deliver Fun, Reliable, Knowledgeable and Engaging Induction training experiences for CSE new hires, through systematic execution of our global onboarding training strategy.

This role will be responsible for creating and facilitating new hire Induction training, which will ensure new employees receive the best opening experience to The LEGO Group, as well as the many skills needed to support and engage with our consumers.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Proven experience of creating and delivering engaging and impactful training materials.- Experience working within a contact centre/customer service environment is beneficial.- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.- Strong collaboration skills.- Ability to organise and prioritise work for themselves and others.- Intermediate-level competency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams.- Flexibility to attend the Berlin Office as needed for training classes.- Working in a global organization may mean occasional early or late meetings outside of normal working hours.
