Die Aufgaben sind entsprechend facettenreich:
- Führung des Teams Financial Controlling mit drei Mitarbeitenden
- Leitung von Holding
- und Konzernprojekten innerhalb des Accountings
- Steuerung des Rechnungswesens (externer Dienstleister), der Jahres
- und Konzernabschlusserstellung der Holding und Fahrzeugvermietungsgesellschaften, in Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern
- Steuerung des Migrationsprozesses zu einem neuen Dienstleister für das Rechnungswesen bis zum 31.12.2023
- Erstellung der Budget
- und Mittelfrist-Planung, der Forecasts für die Holding und Fahrzeuggesellschaften des Konzerns sowie der Konzernplanung
- Halbjährliches Update des Valuation Models zur Bestimmung des NAV in enger Abstimmung mit dem Gesellschafter
- Abbildung von Angebotskalkulationen im Rahmen des „Capital Approval Request“
- Verantwortlich für das Reporting des Konzerns sowie Reporting an den Gesellschafter (u.a. ESG/ RIDDOR-Reporting)
- Betreuung von ad hoc Anfragen der Gesellschafter sowie Vorbereitung und Unterstützung des monatlich tagenden Gesellschafterausschusses
- Verantwortlich für das Compliance & Risikomanagement
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen im Konzern
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden
**Ihre Qualifikation**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium, gerne mit Steuerberaterexamen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Steuern,
- Erfahrung aus einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder Erfahrung aus einer Investorengesteuerten Unternehmensgruppe sind von Vorteil
- Exzellentes Know-how in der Bilanzierung nach HGB/IFRS
- Exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse/ Modell-Erfahrung; bevorzugt Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Exzellente Auffassungsgabe sowie Analyse
- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Souveränes Auftreten
