**Job Purpose**: This position has two lines of "customer communication". Managing and supporting the European dealer network in the region, as well as supporting the individual Regional Operations Managers who directly manage each account in the region.

Aufgaben
- Unterstützung und Verwaltung aller durch die Händler geplanten und durchgeführten Marketingaktivitäten
- Controlling und Analyse aller Marketingaktivitäten der Händler
- Verwaltung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Marketingplänen der Händler
- Durchführung von ROI Analysen und Ableiten von geeigneten Marketingmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Händler in der Anwendung des CRM Systems
- Regelmäßige Händlerkommunikation
- Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Co-op Aktivitäten

Qualifikation
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich / Schwerpunkt Marketing oder ähnlich
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse von CRM oder anderen Kontaktplanprogrammen
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Luxus-/Premium Automobilbranche
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Händlermarketing
- Visionär und strategisch denkend um das Händlermarketing voranzutreiben
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Gabe, die Handelspartner für Marketingideen zu gewinnen und zu begeistern
- Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Reisen im Inland und teilweise im Ausland
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
