We are seeking a motivated and experienced Video Editor/ Animator & Brand Art Director with a keen focus on B2C marketing.

**YOUR ROLE**

As our new creative and digital Video Editor your role is crucial in executing, conceptualizing, and developing our brand awareness in close collaboration with the Creative Lead and the rest of the team. You will ensure that the layout and features of our communication channels coherent and effectively reach targeted audiences with compelling materials.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create digital content such as videos, animations, guides, motion graphics, and other digital communication materials.
- Assist in developing the art direction for all content elements, contributing to a more robust and distinctive brand impression.
- Arrange, assemble, and process recorded and stock video clips into a seamless branded whole.
- Edit campaign videos from Hero to 15- and 6-second cutdowns.
- Develop and structure video planning processes for better output and efficiency.
- Repurpose and optimize existing creatives.
- Support and ideate the conceptual development of digital assets.
- Ensure consistency in the visual brand identity through all digital marketing initiatives.
- Upgrade and streamline development of all content with use of AI tools together with rest of the team.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 7-10 years of experience in overall content creation and video editing, with a strong portfolio.
- Solid experience in marketing digital, motion design, and working independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with new trends in digital tools and services.
- Keen eye for design and aesthetics, with experience in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong capabilities in typography and creating clear text hierarchy in designs.
- Experience in handling video equipment for in-house basic productions.
- Experience in motion graphics and animated learning materials is a big plus.
- Proficiency and proven experience in using AI tools and techniques for content creation.
- Experiences with UX developing with a channel-led mindset, utilizing tools like heatmapping and eye tracking would be appreciated.
- Experience with testing and developing with data insides for better performance to reach our audiences with relevant input.
