Scrum Master

- This role involves leading and supporting agile, cross-functional teams (Squads). You will systematically implement agile methods, guiding their adaptation and development.
- You will organize and moderate Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Your responsibility includes fostering self-organization within the team and promoting an agile work culture. This is essential for achieving sprint and roadmap goals through collaboration.
- It will be your duty to keep stakeholders updated on the progress of IT product delivery. Additionally, you will assist Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Utilize your expertise to find solutions to emerging problems. Encourage knowledge exchange among team members across boundaries.

**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:

- A Scrum Master certification (e.g., Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Sound knowledge of agile methods and practices like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, ideally with scaled approaches.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams as a servant leader.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and management.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Boards for agile work and team organization.
- Fluent in German and very good English proficiency.
