**Duties**:
Incumbent is placed on a register and, based on availability, background and qualifications, will perform a variety of tasks, primarily administrative, on an as needed basis, for any office/Agency within Mission Germany. Position reports to and assignments are made by, the Management Officer. Duties include the full scope of office/administration assistance; maintaining calendars, filing; preparing and submitting requests, and receiving visitors. The position will carry out other duties as assigned and is supervised by the Management Officer. While on assignment, direct supervision and work guidance come directly from that section/office. A Top Secret security clearance is required to support offices located in the Controlled Access Area (CAA).

EXPERIENCE:
- At least one year of administrative/clerical and/or customer service experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiarity with administrative tasks is essential.
- Education Requirements:
Completion of High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.

LANGUAGE:
- (Fluent) Speaking/Reading English is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Computer experience, including familiarity with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required (this may be tested).
- Familiarity with standard office equipment is required.
