Internship: Procurement

**Shape the future**: You support the Procurement Facilities Management team, responsible for capital construction invest and FM services
- **Data is everything**: You work on data analysis and maintenance, and you support data extraction
- **Organizational Talent**: You provide administrative support to category managers, including preparing presentations, analyses, and meeting arrangements.
- **Thorough planning**: You structure tender processes, including preparation, analysis of proposals, negotiation support with suppliers, and documentation
- **Keep the overview**: You support procurement internal processes and reporting

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Business Informatics, Industrial & Electronic Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management or similar
- **Skills**: You possess very good knowledge of MS Office Tools and are experienced in programming skills (e.g. VBA, SAP Systems)
- **Way of working**: You are a passionate and motivated team player who can work independently
- **Personality**: You showcase great communication and analytical skills
- **Interests**: You are interested in commercial, maintaining services and civil engineering
- **Language skills**: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken. German would be a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)High school report
