GoldenPeaks Capital Trading is the commercial branch of GoldenPeaks Capital Holding, responsible for offtake structuring, Power Purchase Agreements’ (PPA) negotiations and commercialization of renewable production.

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all operational activities that are required to execute the commercial strategy. The tasks range from contract management to preparing and managing participation in tenders as well as support and report to various internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to the CCO of the group and serve as an important interface and internal service provider to other internal stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include **_**(but are not limited to)**:_
- Manage the operations team and daily activities
- Be the owner and manage various commercial processes ranging from contract management to trade reporting and maintaining the portfolio database
- Serve as an interface to external counterparties for operational topics
- Be the owner of the operational tools and systems such as CRM, ERP and other
- Setup and manage team various reporting processes
**Qualifications**:
- Essential:_
- Relevant higher education
- +3 years in a similar position
- Experience in managing a team required
- Strong organizational skills, very structured, strong sense of ownership and high attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient English
- Desirable:_
- Knowledge of other languages, such as German, is advantegous
