As part of the Virtual Sales approach, the eRep will develop and maintain relationships with. Syneos Health customers and actively promote client's portfolios and programs.
**Responsibilities**
- Implements and executes, in a compliant manner, marketing and sales direction to achieve territory promotional objectives
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted groups
- Communicates effectively with peers and management
- Completes all administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Maintenance of customer information via Syneos Health’s CRM system
- Develops comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and selling materials
- Contacts and delivers proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
**Essential Requirements**
- Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, etc.) or training as an accredited pharmaceutical representative
- B2B/pharmaceutical sales experience
- Remote or Hybrid Sales experience
- Good networking
- Ability to establish long-term customer relationships
- Experience in digital sales, telesales, multi-channel approach, as well as the independent use of various communication channels
- Experience in the daily use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the use of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; advanced business acumen skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
