**Your Job**
The ADN Technology Representative is the INVISTA Operations window into and out of the Butachimie Joint Venture. This position provides oversight and governance to protect INVISTA's interests by providing technology support, IP protection, Operations support, EHS performance, and transformation strategies.

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure Butachimie sustains ADN IP protection practices meeting INVISTA's expectations
- Lead the implementation of best practices associated with running the INVISTA ADN technology
- Creating the knowledge sharing to assist Butachimie implement Digital Transformation elements needed to increase the site long term value creation
- Develop governance processes to ensure that Butachimie successfully fulfills its primary missions
- Collaborate with the Gérant and his staff to provide effective leadership of Butachimie Operations
- Actively participate in Chalampé site management processes to help the Venture fulfill its manufacturing mission: Health and Safety, Environmental, Production, performance reviews, technical and reliability committees, major project, and turnaround steering teams, etc.
- Provide support to ongoing operations and seek continuous improvements of the technology
- Additional responsibilities as needed to successfully support Butachimie
- Elevate issues and raise improvement opportunities around the venture
- Challenge project and T/A scope to meet the needs of the venture and the partners

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in highly hazardous operations
- Knowledge of the ADN process
- Ability to set high standards through influence of a 3rd party
- Experience with INVISTA internal capabilities i.e. R&D, Operations, etc., to resolve technical conflicts
- Flexibility to work with a different company / country cultural differences to create efficient operations

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Fluency in French
- Deep knowledge of the ADN process
- Extensive experience effectively communicating with all levels of the organization
- Experience leading through influence
