Verstärke als Senior Data Scientist (w/m/d) unser Team in Köln oder Frankfurt am Main. Mit deiner Expertise findest du die relevanten Datenbezüge, wählst die geeigneten Modelle aus und sorgst dafür, dass sie im operativen Betrieb bestehen. Zusätzlich unterstützt du im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Data Science Teams - sei es nun auf fachlicher oder vertrieblicher Ebene.

**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**:

- Du entwirfst zusammen mit Kund*innen und deinem Team den Weg von der initialen Fragestellung bis zur produktiven Lösung, identifizierst Herausforderungen und entwickelst geeignete Modelle.
- Du erkennst relevante Datenbezüge und bereitest diese zur weiteren Analyse vor, wobei deine Arbeit erst mit getesteten, operationell tauglichen Modellen endet.
- Du erklärst Stakeholder*innen die Potentiale von Data Science und KI, entwickelst Kundenvisionen und begleitest diese operativ.
- Mit deiner Erfahrung prägst du die Entwicklung des Data Science Teams mit, unterstützt im Vertrieb und bei der Positionierung unserer KI-Expertise am Markt.

**Darauf freuen wir uns bei dir**:

- Nach deinem Master-/Diplom-Studium hast du **langjährige** **Berufserfahrung** mit Data Science / KI-Schwerpunkt gesammelt und bringst ein tiefes mathematisches sowie statistisches Verständnis mit
- Python beherrschst du im Schlaf, inklusive der einschlägigen Bibliotheken wie NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow oder PyTorch
- Die End-to-End Entwicklung von KI-Lösungen ist für dich schon lange Alltag. Bei den Deployments ist Teamwork mit den Data Engineers natürlich erlaubt ;-)
- Ob klassisches Machine Learning, Deep Learning oder GenAI - Du kennst dich aus und weißt genau welche Art von KI-Modell du benötigst.
- Cloud oder On-Premise? Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Azure oder AWS mit - erste Erfahrungen mit Kubernetes und/oder Containerisierung sind von Vorteil.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (≥ C1) für unsere ausschließlich auf Deutsch stattfindenden Kundensituationen bringst du ebenfalls mit
