Summary

For the "Optronics Controlling" department, we are looking for a "Controller (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

The department supports the company management in strategic and operational decisions and thus creates the necessary transparency regarding the financial situation of the company. The focus is on the planning, management and control of the company's goals.

Your Tasks- Execution of internal and external reporting (financial reporting) in accordance with corporate standards, including the preparation and commentary of variance analyses, target/actual comparisons and forecasts- Handling of the operational planning process (BP) from the initiation, coordination and tracking of the individual planning of the operating units to the aggregation and preparation at division level in the Finance Tool- Preparation of short-term, rolling forecasts as part of corporate management including reporting in the Finance Tool- Business support function for the functional units- Definition and tracking of efficiency improvement/cost reduction initiatives- Preparation of KPI reporting for the business/performance areas- Support and further development of the controlling tools in SAP S/4Hana as well as further development of the controlling tools- Innovative projects in controlling

Your Profile- Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting & controlling or comparable- Extensive professional experience in the field of finance- Several years of experience in controlling in an industrial company- Very good IT skills, especially in the SAP modules CO/FI/SD/PS/MM as well as in Microsoft Excel- Distinct analytical and entrepreneurial thinking- High degree of initiative and commitment- Ability to work in a team- Structured and flexible way of working- Business fluent in German and English
