Secondary School Mathematics Teacher

WABE International School is looking for an experienced mathematics teacher with experience in teaching between Grades 5 - 10. This is a **full-time** classroom position initially for a two-year period.

- Prepare & teach high quality lessons in Mathematics
- Administer and model the school policies and procedures (e.g., Child Protection,
attendance, code of conduct, etc.).
- Maintain a gradebook in line with organisational requirements that is backed by fair,
accurate and transparent assessments.
- Communicate in a timely, respectful and situationally appropriate manner between
students, teachers and parents.
- Participate in collaboration sessions, conferences and school-wide events.
- Engage in professional development.
- Support the school’s commitment to being a diverse, inclusive community.
- Be comfortable using technology to support learning and lesson delivery (Smart boards,
Google Classroom and iPads)
- Salary range : 47,000 - 50,000 Euros gross per annum equivalent

**Qualifications**
- **Required**_
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable teaching experience
- Mother tongue level English
- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics
- Valid teaching qualification and license (PGCE/QTS or equivalent)
