**Role Overview**:
As COO, you'll be a key member of Farmie's leadership team. Your holistic understanding of our operations, from the agronomy of our products to the technology powering them, will drive our mission forward. With a clear vision and hands-on approach, you'll oversee operational efficiencies, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Tasks
- Oversee end-to-end operations and the operational execution of projects from concept to completion.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with external partners, suppliers, and clients, reflecting Farmie’s commitment to quality and innovation.
- Engage in strategic planning to optimize resources and meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders in setting short-term and long-term objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in agronomy and technology, ensuring Farmie retains its innovative edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a COO or high-level operational role.
- A strong background in agronomy, technology, or both. Experience in vertical farming is a major plus.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Agile, proactive, and capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Class B driver's license is beneficial.
