**HOURS**:39h per week

**What you’ll do**:

- **Become a hospitality superstar**:Work across the hotel, with exposure to everything from Reception to the Bar and Kitchen. Learn the hotel industry from every angle and become a real expert in our industry
- **Be the reason our guests return**:Process enquiries, reservations and accounts seamlessly and professionally. But, just as important, take pride in being the reason our guests come back to us time and time again
- **Give the warm welcome you’d expect**:Offer a welcoming smile with our guests during check-in/check-out and make their stay a special one.

**We need your**:

- **Practical experience**:If you’ve worked in a customer facing role, you’ll know the buzz of excellent service and want to provide it every time
- **Personality**:We are the ultimate people pleasers and your positive outlook helps our guests feel at home
- **MS Office**:An understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook would really help in our 365 business.
