**Your Responsibilities**:

- You provide support in selected legal and organizational matters, especially in the areas of civil law, e-commerce and IT law as well as GDPR
- You review and draft single parts of contracts, entire contracts and other legal documents internally (including legal notices, terms of use, general terms and conditions)
- You provide support in legal research
- You carry out preliminary legal reviews before involving external law firms
- You support the legal management of customer cases in smart’s direct sales approach
- You provide support for coordinating and structuring the tasks in the eight-person Legal & Compliance Team
- You are part of the interface with business owners of the other departments/teams and provide project management support
- You support the administration of the smart internal contract management system

**What you bring**:

- You have experience in working with collaborative teams and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office features)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are able to familiarise yourself quickly with unfamiliar topics
- You are a resilient individual who is highly motivated to work as part of a cross-functional and international team
- You obtain strong analytical and observation skills
- You are fluent in English
