LOOKSfilm produziert seit 1995 preisgekrönte Serien, Dokumentationen und Spielfilme für den internationalen Markt. Zu unseren Kunden zählen bekannte VoD-Plattformen und Sender weltweit. Unser internationales Team arbeitet unter anderem an den Standorten Leipzig, Berlin und Hannover. Historische Stories sind unsere Leidenschaft.

Als Creative Producer bei LOOKSfilm betreust Du zusammen mit unseren Produktionsleiter:innen eigenständig die Entwicklung und Umsetzung internationaler Filmprojekte - von der Drehbuchphase bis zur Ausstrahlung.

**DEINE Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die inhaltliche Betreuung von Recherche, Drehbuchentwicklung, Produktion und Postproduktion unserer Projekte
- Du leitest das Kreativteam aus Autor:innen, Regie etc.
- Du stehst in engem Kontakt zu unseren internationalen Kunden (internationale Fernsehsender, verschiedenste Streaming-Plattformen etc.) und Ko-Produzent:innen
- Du verantwortest in Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsleiter:innen die Einhaltung des finanziellen und zeitlichen Rahmens der Produktion
- Du koordinierst und erstellst die notwendigen Materialien für unsere Förderabteilung, die Distribution und die PR-Abteilung

**dein profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Film und TV-Produktion, Medien-, Kommunikations
- oder einer anderen Geisteswissenschaft
- Du hast ein Gespür für Menschen und Geschichten und interessierst dich für historische Themen
- Du verfügst über eine hohe soziale Kompetenz, ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Du bist sorgfältig, zuverlässig, flexibel und durchsetzungsstark
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind ebenfalls erwünscht
