**Role Purpose**
- Global Lead, Corporate Functions Change & Transformation, and Technology will manage the delivery and implementation of business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organizations.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and implement the program Change Management Strategy and journey. Ensure it aligns with the business, program and project objectives, regularly obtaining input and feedback from stakeholders across the business, and supports adoption of new systems and controls by the business.
- 2. Assess change readiness, and ensure global representation in project activity to drive user adoption and increased efficiency improvements.
- 3. Coach and develop senior leaders to lift capability and understanding of transformation and change management including business readiness "best practice" across the organization
- 4. Identify change management risks and mitigation strategies, and manage to closure. Integrate change management activities into the project plan. Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- 5. Provide oversight of parallel business priorities that may impact the execution of the transformation program
- 6. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- 7. Support training efforts by working with the Training Manager to ensure training requirements are identified and documented, and supporting the design and delivery of training.**Diversity & Inclusion / EEO**:

Education (minimum/desirable): University degree in Information Technology, Engineering combined with Business Administration
- Languages: Fluent English written and spoken,
- Experience: 8 to 10 years’ experience in- Large scale transformations
- Organizational change management
- Communication management to stakeholder groups
