At the Friedrichsdorf site, Valeo Telematik and Akustik GmbH develops and manufactures innovative communication electronics for intelligent telematics, in order to network telecommunications, navigation, positioning and information technology and to increase driving comfort and traffic safety. In order to advance our further development, we are looking for you to join our team of experts at the next possible date.

These challenges await you
- Enforce sourcing decision taken in Platform Sourcing Committee on all Projects awards.
- Finalise contractual requirement for Platform component specific to the local entity with the project team
- Ensure Supplier full understanding of local requirement
- Capture improvement proposals, and escalate them to the Platform Team
- Performs process in co-ordination with project team and SQA network in the Valeo SupplierRelationshipManagement portal
- Monitor Supplier achievement of QualityApproval milestones according to Project Milestones.
- Assess pre-selected suppliers risk impacts on the project related to Development or Production capacity, Technical or Quality capability, financial sustainability.
- Communicates to Project Develoment centers and enforce PF Panel award in Project - Respect of Standard
- Identifies, Collects, Transversalizes, Implement Productivities on his PF Component worldwide
- Manage updates in Serial Life and triggers platform resources to engage qualification of changes with Technical and Customers networks.
- Ensures proper transfer to Serial Production including Productivity Actions yet to implement.
- Supports project buyers using Paltform components to ensure project will meet from SOP: (i) commodity strategy, (ii) localization needs of receiving plant, (iii) global leverage and securization of the supply base for the platform.
- Conduct market research for technologies not yet covered by the core product network Expertise, establishing a clear technology and pricing roadmap
- Close relation to R&D in order to challenge components and technologies
- Participate in the improvement and compliance of the V5000

You inspire us with that:

- Bachelor degree in Science or Economics
- 5 years in Electronics Purchasing, Experience in Industry sector, preferably in Automotive
- Fluent English language skills, preferably German language skills
- Determined, structured approach to work, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills
