**Duties**:

- Determines systems, analytics, and AISR architecture gaps and formulates site transition plans and develops new or unique methodologies to fill these gaps.
- Reviews and approves AISR architectural products associated with the development of modernization requirements.
- Identifies and coordinates issues related to the modernization, upgrade, and lifecycle replacement of existing intelligence systems, analytics and ground AISR architecture requirements.
- Maintains working relationships and liaison contacts with Program Managers, Senior Intelligence Officers, and others in order to assist in identifying intelligence systems and analytics integration needs and requirements.
- Develops and interprets operational intelligence systems and analytics requirements in support of Theater and Functional campaign plans.
- Receives prioritized desired system functionality, analyzes tasks, and enforces standardization in order to ensure fully integrated system of system solutions.
- Analyzes resources required for the mission including personnel, equipment, and funding requirements related to the intelligence systems, analytics, and ground AISR architecture requirements.
- Initiates and coordinates in the preparation of, or revision of, appropriate materiel fielding requirements documents, program management documents, test plans, and training plans for chartered systems.
- Represents the command for the Unit’s type classification, materiel release, fielding, and transfer processes in support of materiel requirements and acquisition in accordance with applicable guidance.
- Recommends new or amended policy, guidance, and procedures pertaining to AISR concept development activities.
- Presents briefings to management on all facets of intelligence system functionality, documentation, acquisition, capability, requirements, and/or upcoming project timelines.

Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
