Director Product Line Strategy Epowertrain

**What You’ll Do**
- **Strategy Development**
- Lead cross-functional rolling strategy process developing a holistic product strategy for the Product Line ePowertain in alignment with the GKN Automotive strategy and functional strategies
- Drive supporting analyses
- Continuously improve strategy process
- **Strategy Implementation**
- Drive strategy deployment overseeing and steering portfolio of strategic initiatives
- Lead setup of new strategic initiatives
- Lead implementation of individual strategic initiatives or select workstreams
- **Product Line Management**
- Develop communication material for internal and external presentations
- Define and consolidate Product Line reporting needs
- Support development of Product Line organization towards defined target picture

**What You’ll need**

Formal Qualifications
- Substantial industry experience in automotive or adjacent industries
- Substantial functional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy

Capabilities, Knowledge & Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to structure complex strategic goals into executable plans
- Ability to use complex data models to identify market trends and competitor insights and drive GKN competitive advantage
- Ability to inspire & motivate others to drive successful business outcomes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence through others
- A collaborative outlook and mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English, additional local language desirable
