Division Profile

The Sales and Trading Division is comprised of Equities and Fixed Income. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets.

The Fixed Income and Commodities Division (FID) is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution, and Commodities Products, with expertise in areas including client risk management, financing solutions and investor products Sales & Trading.

Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets.

QualificationsPrimary Responsibilities

Secondary Market (Illiquid) Loan Trading desk support on loan due diligence (summarising economic terms, covenants and R&Ws, analysing legal obstacles). The focus will be on non-LMA standardloans:
for example, bi
- or multilateral loans in the infrastructure/ project finance space and general corporate loans (including Schuldschein).
Desk support on loan due diligence (summarising economic terms, covenants and R&Ws, analysing legal obstacles)
Coordinating with different stakeholders during loan DD (Legal and Tax department and external counsel)
Coordinating internal approval committees
Responsible for operational steps on loan settlement (obtaining signatures, organising notary appointments if applicable, coordinating with internal and counterparty legal and ops)

Skills required (essential)

A Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
Relevant Legal experience and understanding Risk for Structured Products
Strong understanding of front to back processes in a control environment.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint required
Excellent organizational and communication skills, verbal, and presentations
Strong analytical / problem solving skills
Confident, self-starter, assertive and energetic
