As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the contact person for our customers and business partners for products, solutions and services in the Mechanical Engineering segment, preferably at the Spaichingen site. By coordinating with internal resources, you provide customers with effective solutions to their requests. You will support the Mechanical Engineering segment team in cooperation with Sales, Product Marketing and Technical Support.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You monitor the status of orders.
- You will ensure that customer and colleague concerns are resolved and provide support when escalation is necessary.
- You ensure a positive customer experience, keep customers informed and resolve ambiguities.
- You monitor the entire process and trends relating to inquiries and identify potential for improvement.
- You take care of data maintenance and create relevant evaluations for sales.

**Your background**:

- Professional experience or training in a sales-related or technical field
- Basic knowledge and experience in customer service
- A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and oral communication skills in German
- English language skills are an advantage
