Wir wachsen stetig und suchen zur Unterstützung einen** Teamlead Webdesign and Development (m/w/d).**

**Dein Aufgabenbereich**:

- Du übernimmst im Bereich Marketing die fachliche Leitung unserer fähigen Webdesigner und Webdeveloper
- Situativ unterstützt du dein Team durch deine eigene aktive Mitarbeit in den agilen Teams und befähigst sie dazu, ihre Fähigkeiten zu stärken und die vorhandenen Ressourcen nachhaltig effektiv einzusetzen
- Durch dein Gespür für Design hebst du unsere Funnel / LPs aufs nächste Level
- Du bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer digitalen Verkaufsprozesse sowie der Customer Experience
- Du arbeitest an unserer eigenen Webpräsenz mit Fokus auf Conversion Optimierung
- Du bist für die Sicherheits
- und Performance-Optimierung unserer WordPress Systeme zuständig

**Dein Anforderungsprofil**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing (idealerweise aus dem Agenturumfeld)
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern gesammelt
- Du bringst Grundkenntnisse in PHP, HTML5, CSS/SCSS und Javascript mit
- Erfahrung im Bereich Funnel Marketing und Leadgenerierung
- Du kennst WordPress detailliert und hast schon Projekte damit umgesetzt
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, bist flexibel und bist neugierig auf neue Technologien und Themen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
