**Deine Aufgaben**:
By combining classical LEDs with ICs, new, ground-breaking products are created with their own unique challenges. With your experience, you will strengthen and improve the teams’ competency in this area.
- Set-up and technical lead of a CQM team specialized on innovative and intelligent products for the automotive market (e.g., active-matrix LED front lights)
- First point of contact for our automotive customers in all quality relevant questions as part of the team
- Set-up and sustainably optimize the return process for such devices as well as perform an initial non-destructive failure analysis and coordinate all further steps with the process and FA experts in Germany and Malaysia
- Perform risk assessments and compile failure analysis reports in SAP and communicate both to the customer
- Voice of the Customer for process changes in production in close collaboration with our product and technical life cycle management (e.g., during PPCMs und PCNs)

**Wen wir suchen**:

- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, or comparable degree in natural sciences (M.Sc., PhD)
- Profound knowledge in IC design and ideally also in opto-semiconductors
- Several years of leadership experience in the semiconductor market and in quality management beneficial
- Strong team and communication skills
- Excellent language skills ndash; English is a must, German is a plus
- Open minded and willingness to work in inter-cultural teams
- Willingness to travel (lt; 10%)
