**Cyber Security Specialist - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)**

As the GRC Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's governance, risk, and compliance programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industry regulations, risk management frameworks, and the ability to drive a culture of compliance at Lilium

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide leadership and direction to the GRC team, fostering a culture of compliance and risk-awareness.
- **Risk Management**: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying and assessing potential risks to the organization.
- **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements, such as NIST, ISO27001, GDPR, SOX, etc
- **Policy Development**: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the company's governance and compliance objectives.
- **Audit Coordination**: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses and action plans to address any identified deficiencies.
- **Vendor Risk Management**: Manage the assessment and monitoring of third-party vendors to ensure they meet the company's security and compliance standards.
- **Incident Response Planning**: Collaborate with other teams to develop and maintain an effective incident response plan, ensuring readiness to handle security incidents.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the GRC program based on industry best practices and lessons learned.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present regular reports to senior management on the status of governance, risk, and compliance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance, with a focus on cybersecurity.
- 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a GRC function.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and prioritize risks.
- Experience in developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
