**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Koordinierung der Aktivitäten des Leipzig Hub Network Control Center (Load Control, Real Time Routing and Capacity, Leipzig Hub Inbound Monitoring, Leipzig Hub ULD-Control und Leipzif Hub Delay Code Vergabe); Bereitstellen von Kommunikation und geeigneten Maßnahmen, um das bestmögliche Servicelevel für das DHL Netzwerk sicherzustellen
- Steuerung der täglichen Operations des Leipzig Hub Air/Road Netzwerks; Koordination der Frachtbewegungen von TDI/ACS Produkten über das Air/Road Netzwerk
- Schnittstelle zwischen den Europäischen Hubs & Gateways, Globalen Network Control Group, anderen regionalen Network Control Centern und gegebenenfalls Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern des operativen Geschäfts anderer Länder um entsprechende Anweisungen und Veränderungen während einer Schicht umzusetzen
- Wahrnehmung der Schnittstellenverantwortung zum Bereich Operations zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards (Fehleranalyse, Qualitätsmanagement)
- aktive Entwicklung des Bereichs Leipzig Hub Network Control Center, der Infrastruktur und des Personals zur Bewältigung der Aufgaben
- Rund um die Uhr Überwachung der regulären Movementperformance zwischen anderen Regionen und Europa von und nach Leipzig, Beurteilung der Auswirkungen von potentiellen und/oder bestätigten Störungen auf den Zeitplan, Vornehmen notwendiger Veränderungen und Anpassungen mit den Teams des Network Control Center um die Kontinuität der operativen Abläufe zu gewährleisten und um das bestmögliche Servicelevel im Rahmen der Einschränkungen zu bieten
- Entwicklung von Teamgeist, Servicebewusstsein und Kommunikationswegen zwischen Network Control und damit in Beziehung stehenden Abteilungen
- Aktive personelle Administration (Personalschicht
- und einsatzplanung, Urlaub, Mehrarbeit), Mitarbeitermotivation (Feedback, Entwicklung) und Recruitment für das Network Control Center Leipzig Hub Team

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Vorzugsweise 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem international serviceorientierten Umfeld
- Studienabschluss oder einschlägige Berufsausbildung/adäquate Berufserfahrung aus dem Speditions-/ Transport-/ Luftfahrtsbereich
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse insbesondere E-mail Kommunikation, Kalkulationsprogramme und spezifische
- Anwendungen aus der Luftfahrt
- Soziale Kompetenz und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gutes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse der Betriebsprozesse
- in der Lage sein, schnell Kontakte zu knüpfen, zu pflegen und auszubauen
- Umfangreiches Wissen und Verständnis, was die Leistungsfähigkeit und Kapazitäten von verschieden Flug-und Fahrzeugen betrifft, vorzugsweise Kenntnisse aus dem DHL Transportnetzwerk und Hubs & Gateways
- Verständnis für kulturelle Unterschiede der betreffenden Gebieten
