**YOUR TASKS**
- Ensure adequate reporting framework according to legal requirements, reporting data availability and maintain database which is taxonomy relevant
- Proactively manage collaboration and communication with all internal and external stakeholders, creating strong partnerships
- Steer annual assurance processes
- Develop policies, processes and global internal standards/controls in the field of sustainability reporting for Knorr-Bremse including mapping of business transactions with Nace-Codes
- Develop analytics and digitalization concepts to automize processes
- Provide supervision, support and trainings to internal data owners in collaboration with sustainability department
- Evidence management for taxonomy compliant Sales /Capex/Opex
- Support internal and external reporting communication in close cooperation with Investor/Public Relations and Sustainability department
- Reports to Sustainable Financial steering committee (accounting, controlling and CR)
**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree in Sustainability, Accounting, Controlling, Environmental Science or related fields
- Strong experience in managing global projects and networks
- Experience in working with international and intercultural teams and businesses
- Professional experience in the field of sustainability audits, data reporting & management in a corporate environment or in a consulting context
- Business fluent English language skills written and spoken as well as German
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting, controlling & data analytics and management systems
