Job description

The Scanbot SDK team strives to offer renowned brands such as AXA, DATEV, and Generali the best mobile data capture and extraction software. We are laser-focused on our customers' needs - and that's why we need you to join us in our office in the heart of Bonn

In this position, you will work 20 to 40 hours per week to support the team in handling all administrative tasks of the company and will be, among other things, the first point of contact for the concerns of our employees.

How you will make an impact
- In the area of finance:

- Incoming and outgoing payments; monitoring of bank balances
- Dunning and payment reminders
- Control and implementation of all outgoing payments in the "Pleo" payment tool
- Document management and preparation of monthly financial statements
- In the area of administration/office management:

- Organization, coordination, and handling of all admin tasks, such as correspondence, appointment coordination, fleet management, ordering, business trip planning, and accounting
- Administrative and organizational support of the management
- In the HR area:

- Central contact person for all employees
- Support in the relocation of new employees from abroad
- Preparation and control of monthly payrolls
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Maintenance and monitoring of personnel information in the HR tool "Personio".

As well as other tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
We have given a lot of thought to the requirements that must be met for this position.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent/higher qualification.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Very good PC user skills (ideally Mac).
- Class B driver's license.
