We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of **Europe's most exciting locations** and many more projects under construction. We **break new ground** with our **Lean Luxury** **philosophy**, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.

The central Systems department sees itself as an internal service provider for the Ruby Group and works with the specialist departments to determine the optimum solution for software project launches.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- are responsible for the optimisation and further development of the pre-check-in and check-in kiosk systems with a focus on speed and user-friendliness
- analyse the existing systems and collect and prioritise requirements based on direct feedback from our hotel guests and employees
- create and manage user stories and roadmaps
- track KPIs of the kiosk systems to continuously monitor performance and make data-based decisions for optimisation
- support our hotel teams in the digitalisation and automation of back-of-house processes (e.g. stock management, staff planning, maintenance, etc.) to increase efficiency through automation
- lead and coordinate IT and digitalisation projects from conception to implementation, including the involvement of relevant departments and external service providers

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- a degree in business administration, innovation/communication management, business informatics, IT or similar
- at least two years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally at a software start-up or in another agile working environment
- already gained experience in project management and worked with cross-functional project teams
- a strong interest in innovation and automation and are informed about current technical developments and (future) relevant technologies
- good organisational skills, a process-oriented thinking and a structured, independent and conceptual way of working
- a sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and flexibility
- willing to work in an international and constantly growing environment and drive forward the digitalisation of the hotel industry
- excellent written and spoken German and English skills
