For our location Office in Ulm, Germany we are looking for a dedicated GIS Expert to join our team.
**What you will do**:
- Carry out information and data research, particularly focusing on PV and BESS projects in Germany
- Collect, process, analyze, and present geospatial data to meet project requirements.
- Offer expert support in project development and management for all GIS and data science-related tasks
- Oversee the management and administration of geodata to ensure its accuracy and accessibility
- Identify and process geospatial information relevant to obtaining permits.

- Support project management and development by creating maps and project-related visualizations

**Your profile**:
- Ideally, you have completed studies in geoinformatics, cartography, geography, surveying, or a related field. Equivalent experience and know-how are also valued.
- Ideally, you have at least 3 years of GIS experience in the development of renewable energy projects
- You work independently and are a self-starter with a keen interest in learning, establishing standards, and developing new tools.
- You possess strong knowledge in geoinformation management.
- You are proficient in ArcGIS and common EDP programs.
- Fluency in German and English.
