Tasks
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for media and performance-related topics
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms in Switzerland (CH)
- Establish best practices and guidelines for paid social campaigns
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing industry knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment
- Take ownership of utilizing the Sprinklr platform for efficient campaign management
- Ensure campaign-wide media and format optimizations and assist in implementing efficient production setups and paid ads tests
- Coordinate and manage tracking-related configurations to measure campaign effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a performance marketer, preferably in startups or the Fintech/Banking industry
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to changes
- Proficiency in social media platforms, advertising technologies, and industry trends
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Location: Berlin
