**DIE STELLE**:
Im Device Center Operations wird am Standort Dortmund neben der Herstellung und Freigabe des Respimat Inhalers das Lifecycle Management für die zukünftigen Devices für Boehringer Ingelheims Kombinationsprodukte übernommen. Dies beinhaltet sowohl die Betreuung der unterschiedlichen Device Hersteller, die Verantwortung für den Device History File und der Risiko Management Akte als auch die regelmäßige Pflege, die Unterstützung der Kombinationsprodukte Herstellstandorte im Firmenverband hinsichtlich der Qualitätssysteme als auch bei der Vorbereitung von PAI, Audits und Launches.
Als Head of Device Quality Management DCO gestalten Sie mit Ihrem Team die Qualitätssysteme für die Site maßgebend mit und passen sie regelmäßig an die entsprechenden Bedürfnisse an. Innovative digitale Lösungen, welche durch Ihr Team erarbeitet werden, bringen dem Standort einen entscheidenden Wettbewerbsvorteil, qualitativ und effizient. Dabei leisten Sie, zusammen mit unseren Betriebs
- und Prozess-Kolleg*innen, einen wichtigen Beitrag für die Etablierung der Kombinationsprodukte Pipeline unseres Unternehmens und damit einen wichtigen Beitrag für die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens.
***Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:
- In Ihrer neuen Rolle führen Sie die nachgeordneten Mitarbeitenden zielgerichtet und ergebnisorientiert.
- Sie verantworten die Quality-Oversight über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus für die Medizinprodukte-Plattformen.
- Durch enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung mit anderen Abteilungen am Standort sowie außerhalb, beispielsweise bei Entwicklung und/oder Technologie (DTY), tragen Sie zum weiteren strategischen Aufbau der Medizinprodukte-Plattformen, Technologien und Systemen bei.
- Außerdem gestalten Sie den Aufbau der Qualitätssysteme am Standort Dortmund aktiv mit, insbesondere die Anpassung auf neue Produkte und Technologien, sowie die ständige Weiterentwicklung der Systeme gem. ISO 13485 und GMP.
- Weiterhin bereiten Sie Audits durch Behörden als auch corp. Audits für den Standort vor und unterstützen bei Bedarf die Kombinationsprodukte Sites aus Device Sicht bei den entsprechenden Audits. Sie gestalten mit Ihrem Team die digitale Strategie für den Standort für alle Qualitätsrelevanten Systeme und stellen sowohl GMP Compliance als auch Effizienz sicher.
**Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, Ingenieur, Pharmazeut oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen und/oder Medizinprodukte-Industrie in Herstellung, Qualitätskontrolle oder Qualitätssicherung davon mehrere Jahre in einer Führungsfunktion
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien und regulatorischen Regelwerke (cGMP, Annex 1, ICH, CFR 210/211, CFR 820 und Part 4, etc.) sowie der MDR und der DIN/ISO 13485
- Lösungsorientierte, proaktive, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denk
- und Handlungsweise sowie Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Kommunikationsstark und leistungsstark im Aufbau von Teams mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen
