**Your Job**

**What you give your best for.**
- Continuously improving the productivity of agile product teams
- Training and coaching the teams in agile principles and methods
- Ensuring that all required events and artifacts are used within the teams
- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters from the same department but also with other departmens
- Exchanging information with our company’s other Scrum Masters in a CoP
- Adapting the scaling framework and introducing OKRs in the company
- Supporting the establishment of a company-wide agile leadership approach

**Your Profile**

**What you should have.**
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in cross-functional teams
- Well-founded theoretical and practical experience in a variety of agile methodologies
- Competencies in the areas of coaching and training
- Experience in working on scaled agile transformations
- Passion for generating one of the largest agile transformations
- Very good English language skills

**What is desirable.**
- Basic knowledge in the area of agile software development
- Competencies in the area of OKR or Enterprise Portfolio Kanban
- Knowledge about the challenges of digitalisation in retail
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
